"I had the master bath shower stall replaced and another full bath Reno replacing a tub with a shower. The team was extremely professional and detailed oriented ensuring proper tiling, plumbing, electric and drywall repair etc. I am super pleased with my new bathrooms and will most definitely use Estate Developers again!"

"They did a Great job. They were timely, paid attention to detail, excellent communication, and cleaned up all the debris from the concrete step demolition. Nice people too! They renewed our faith in contractors and we will definitely call them in the future."

"I was referred to Estate Developers by a friend of mine and I’m so glad I went ahead and reached out to them to do the 650ft two-level addition on my home. From the start, communication was professional and always prompt. Most importantly, they understood my vision of what I wanted and executed it.__I am very inquisitive, especially when it comes to my home, so I asked a LOT of questions and they were all kindly answered with patience, this was a major plus for me. I really like how I was updated on the build progress and kept in the loop of any permits that were needed to do the actual work. Despite some weather delays, they still finished the project within my expected timeframe. The crew was always punctual and respectful of my space ensuring that the area was cleaned up at the end of each day and I absolutely loved this!_The craftmanship was top-notch, and the materials they used were of high quality. I love my new space, I feel like I’m walking into an oasis in my own home, I am highly impressed and even more highly satisfied with my new addition!!! I would highly recommend Estate Developers for any home addition project; I have already referred this company to several family members and friends. Their work exceeded my expectations."

"After an exhausting search of contractors to replace and extend my existing deck, I was referred to Estate Developers by another contractor who didn't do work in DC. I met with Marcus on Friday and explained what I wanted done; he provided an estimate on Sunday and stated that due to the weather he could start on the Thursday. I agreed to use Estate Developers; they started the job on Thursday and as promised was done on Saturday. I was very pleased with the product, their service and professionalism."

"I was very impressed with the professionalism of Estate Developers. I was nervous about adding an addition on to my house but the project managers answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I love the extra space in my house now."
